Prosciutto Crudo Excelso is only produced with selected thighs from pigs that were born, bred and killed in Italy. Making and curing are performed in our factory which is placed in Castrignano and surrounded by nature and the specific microclimate of Val Parma. Complete lack of chemicals, additives, preservatives and limited amount of salt ensure a first-rate artisan production.
