SALAME

It is impossible to resist an Excelso Salame slice! Produced following a traditional recipe, only meat coming from 100% italian pigs and spices. Mixture is then encased in the small intestine. Tied by hand , as tradition dictates, slowly aged to highlight its distinctive smell but also its sweet but firm taste.

TIPS: must be hand-sliced obtaining oblique slices 2/3 mm thick. You decide if removing all the skin or only the part you are eating.
